FRIED CHICKEN DRUMETTES
WITH RANCH DIPPING SAUCE 2/3 cup flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup milk 2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken drumettes 1 quart (about) Mazola® Oil 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Ranch Dressing In plastic bag combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Place milk in shallow bowl. A few pieces at a time, dip chicken in milk; add to flour mixture; shake to coat. Pour oil into heavy 12-inch skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat over medium heat to 375 degrees F. Carefully add chicken. Cook, turning once, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with ranch dressing as a dip. Yield: 8 appetizer servings Source: Crisco |
