Prawns with garlic mayonnaise

50 g mayonnaise
50g large prawns
1 large clove of garlic crushed
sea salt

Mix the mayonnaise and crushed garlic in a bowl and set aside

Shell the prawns, place on a baking tray

sprinkle with a little sea salt and olive oil then place under a medium grill

Turn the prawns several times so that they are thoroughly cooked on both sides

When the prawns are golden place on a serving dish with the garlic mayonnaise to one side.

Tips and ideas:

You can buy shelled, frozen prawns if you prefer although fresh ones have more flavour.

Serve with cold dry sherry. (Jerez)

If you haven't got any mayonnaise handy, you can serve with lemon & butter.
