Baltimore Kick-off Guacamole
4 ripe genuine California avocados seeded, peeled and coarsely mashed 2 tsp grated lime rind 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice 20 drops red pepper sauce 1 tsp garlic salt 2 can (6oz.) crab, rinsed and picked though for shells 6 Tbsp chopped green onion 6 Tbsp capers, rinsed
In medium bowl, combine avocados, lime rind and juice, red pepper sauce and garlic salt.
Stir in crab, green onion and capers.
Serve with tortilla chips.
