PORK CHOP BAKE
6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix 1 cup water
In large skillet, brown chops; drain.
In greased 13x9 baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms, then chops. Add soup mix thoroughly blended with water.
Bake covered with foil 1 1/4 hours at 350F or until potatoes are tender.
