MACARONI SALAD
1 lb. medium shell macaroni 3 hard boiled eggs 1 sweet red pepper 1 green bell pepper 3 stalks celery 1 jar Marzetti's Slaw Dressing
Cook macaroni in boiling water, according to package directions. Drain in a colander, run cold water over and stir until all macaroni is cold, drain well.
Peel the eggs and chop them. Chop the celery and peppers fairly small.
Put macaroni, eggs and vegetables in a large bowl. Add about half of the slaw dressing and stir well, add more if needed. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving add additional dressing if desired and stir well.
This same recipe may be used for potato salad: Scrub medium sized potatoes and boil in water until tender. Drain and run cold water into pan until potatoes are cool enough to handle. Pour off the cold water, peel the potatoes, the skins should come off quite easily without taking any of the potato with it. Cube the potatoes into about one half inch cubes. Proceed with the recipe, subbing the potatoes for the macaroni.
