Southern Hawaiian Chicken From Our Favorite Recipes cookbook
3 lb. chicken pieces 1 bottle red Russian Dressing 1 small jar apricot preserves 1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
. Mix dressing, preserves and soup. Arrange chicken in roasting pan that has been sprayed with non-stick coating spray. Pour dressing mixture over chicken. Marinate chicken in mixture for 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake chicken at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Turn chicken over after 30 minutes.
