Crock Pot Veal and Peppers
3 lb veal, boneless, 2-inch cubes 2 cans (1 lb. each) tomatoes 4 green peppers, cut in eighths 3 medium onions, sliced thin 1 lb mushrooms, quartered 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed 3/4 tsp basil
Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours. |
