Banana Eggnog

1 ripe banana, sliced into thin pieces
1 egg (pasteurized egg substitute)
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup cold milk
2 tbsp maple syrup

Beat together banana, egg and sugar until well blended and smooth. Add milk and maple syrup and beat until combined. Pour into chilled glasses. This has a very delicate banana flavor.
