Coconut Pie
1 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup shredded coconut 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
In a large bowl, mix together milk, sugar, coconut, eggs, flour, butter and vanilla. Stir till combined. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
