HAMBURGER PIE
3/4 lb hamburger 1 can tomato soup 1 soup can milk Leftover green beans, peas, or corn 1 medium onion Salt and pepper to taste 1 egg about 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
Chop the onion and add to meat when there is no longer any pink.
Combine the soup and milk and mix together, add to the meat mixture along with the veggies and seasonings. Pour the mixture into an 8 1/2x11-inch pyrex baking dish.
Beat the egg and add to the mashed potatoes, thoroughly combine. Put heaping tablespoons of the potato and egg mixture on top of the meat/soup mixture, evenly distributed.
Bake in a 350F oven for about 45 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and potatoes have browned on top.
