PORK CHOP DINNER
6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick) 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix 1 cup water
In large skillet, brown chops; drain.
In greased 13x9-inch baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms, then chops. Add soup mix that has been thoroughly blended with the water.
Bake covered with foil 1 1/4 hours at 350F or until chops are done and potatoes are tender.
