Pasta Shells with Greens

3 cups spicy greens: arugula or Cress coarsely chopped
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
2 cups small shell pasta
3 cloves garlic thin sliced
Red pepper flakes
6 ounces ricotta cheese
4 ounces Grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Saute garlic and dried red pepper flakes to taste in saute pan with a bit of olive oil.

When pasta is done cooking, toss into pan to coat.

Stir in the greens and then add and stir in the cheese mixture. Season to taste.
