Orange Pound Cake
1 cup Florida's Natural® Brand Orange Juice 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. orange extract 6 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In another bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder, mixing well.
Combine orange juice, vanilla, orange extract and Grand Marnier in a small bowl, mixing well.
Alternate adding small amounts of the dry ingredients and Grand Marnier mixture to batter, mixing well after each addition. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes in 350F oven.
