Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken
This is excellent under the broiler, too.
Marinade: 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon dry rosemary or 2 tbsp fresh 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 dash pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, boneless skinless
Marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator.
Prepare grill and grill over direct heat until done--internal temperature of no more than 165F. Do not over-cook
