MOLDED EGG SALAD
2 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin 1 cup water 14 hard boiled eggs 1 quart mayonnaise 2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup diced green or red bell pepper 1/2 cup diced green onions
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Mash, dice, or grate peeled eggs. Add mayonnaise, gelatin, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients; stir and pour into a greased angel cake pan or jello mold. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
