SEAFOOD SALAD WITH DILL DRESSING
DRESSING: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon. dried dill seed Salt and pepper to taste SEAFOOD MIXTURE: 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp 1 cup cut-up cooked crab meat 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 medium cucumber, chopped 1/4 cup green onions, sliced TO SERVE: 2 avocados, peeled and sliced Salad greens
Combine ingredients for dill dressing.
Combine seafood mixture. Toss with dressing.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Arrange avocados on salad greens. Top with seafood mixture.
