When I was a kid, Mom made these for lunch and we often them with Chicken Noodle Soup. I still like them for sometimes for lunch or even for snacks. Super easy to do.
MUSHROOM SOUP ROLLUPS
Several Slices of white and/or whole wheat bread 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut crust off white or whole wheat bread.
Spoon a thin line of undiluted soup along one side of bread.
Roll up like a Jelly Roll and stick a toothpick in it to hold it together.
Place on a baking sheet and toast in a 350F preheated oven until golden toasty.
That's it! Nice served with pickles or a small salad. Even kids love them.
