BUFFALO WINGS
3 lbs chicken wings (20-25) 1/2 stick butter or margarine 1/2 bottle hot-pepper sauce finely chopped garlic (optional) flour (optional)
Cut off wing tips, then cut in two at joint.
Fry until brown on all sides, 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Melt butter or margarine in small pan. Add hot-pepper sauce and garlic (if using). For thicker sauce, add a little flour.
Place wings in large bowl with lid. Pour on sauce; pop on lid and shake, shake, shake.
Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
