PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
2/3 cup evaporated milk 2 cups sugar 1 cup peanut butter (chunky or regular) Jar of Marshmallow Creme (1/2 pint) 1 tsp vanilla
Butter the sides of a heavy 2 quart saucepan. Combine sugar and milk in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cook to soft ball stage (234 degrees) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow creme, and vanilla. Stir until well blended.
Butter or spray with Pam, a 9x9x2-inch glass dish or pan. Cut when firm.
