BLUENOSE STRAWBERRY SOUP
2 cups strawberries, sliced 2 tablespoons brandy 1 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup half and half extra sliced strawberries and mint sprigs 1/4 cup sugar
Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy and vanilla until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Serve in chilled cups and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
