COFFEE AND CREAM DE CACAO DELIGHT
1 cup chopped walnuts 8 oz. marshmallows 1 cup milk 1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream 1/2 cup Creme De Cacao 1 tbsp instant coffee Walnut halves
Butter a 9-inch square pan or baking dish and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
Melt marshmallows in milk over hot water in a double boiler; cool.
Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mixture. Fold in Creme De Cacao and instant coffee. Pour into baking pan and decorate with walnut halves. Chill overnight.
Cut into squares to serve.
