HORSERADISH DIP FOR FRESH VEGETABLES
1 (16 oz) carton of sour cream 1 tbsp minced green onions 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp dried horseradish 1 tsp dried whole tarragon, crushed 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp garlic salt
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Chill several hours.
Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables.
Yield: about 2 cups
