PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened 1 small (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper 1 tbsp seasoned salt 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
Blend cream cheese, pineapple, onion, bell pepper, and salt and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
Let chill at least 12 hours tightly wrapped in plastic wrap.
