CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted 2 large eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup self-rising flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 package chocolate chips (6 oz) 1 pie crust (9-inch), unbaked
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, combine the butter or margarine, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt; beat on high speed of a hand-held electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. |
