MAYTAG BLUE CHEESE DIPSource: Saveur Magazine, Number 31 Makes approximately 2 cups 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup heavy cream 4 ounces Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled 2 scallions (green onions), chopped, divided use Fresh ground black pepper Mix the first three ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add the crumbled blue cheese and all but 1 tablespoon of the scallions, and stir until blended but chunky. Season to taste with fresh ground pepper. Put mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with the reserved 1 tablespoon of scallions.
