NUT BUTTER WITH FRUIT

Make nut butter using any of your favorite nuts and add fruit. I like mixed nuts with raisins or blueberries.

Place the nutmeats in a blender and blend on high speed. When the nut butter is made scrape it out of the blender clean out the machine.

If using raisins just stir them into the nut butter.

If using fresh fruit, put 1/3 cup fresh fruit of your choice in the blender. Run the blender on low until the fruit is mashed. Pour the mashed fruit into the nut butter and with a knife swirl the fruit through the nut butter.

Store in the refrigerator.
