Hi K,

Following the instructions (Drop dough by generous 1/4 cupfuls onto baking sheet, spacing apart enough for 6 scones.) You'll have about 2 cups of batter so at 1/4 cup each the recipe will make 8 scones. You can vary the size, adjusting the baking time. Mini scones are very popular and if you're serving buffet-style smaller scones of different flavors are nice. Some suggestions:

Cinnamon Bun Scones

Fergie's Chocolate Chip Scones

Orange Poppyseed Scones

Happy Baking!

Betsy

This recipe sounds heavenly, and I want to make it for a baby shower. Approximately how many scones does the recipe make? Thanks!
