CHRISTMAS CROCK CHEESE
10 ounces Muenster cheese, grated 1/2 pound aged Cheddar cheese, grated 3 tablespoons brandy 2 tablespoons soft butter 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon basil, crushed Pinch of dried dill
Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat until well blended.
Put into small sealable crocks for gift giving or for your own use. Keep refrigerated.
Remove from refrigerator one hour before serving.
