PINECONE FIRESTARTERS

paraffin
red and/or green wax dye
scented oil (a few drops goes a long way!)
Dried pinecones
candlewick

Melt paraffin in a coffee can set in water on the stove.

Add dye and oil. You will need to do this in two batches to get both red and green ones if desired.

Wrap or tie a length of candlewick to the top of each pinecone. Dip into hot paraffin mixture and let dry. Repeat until well covered.

Package with these instructions:

Place several pinecones under logs and light wicks to enjoy a beautifully scented treat!
