EASY MEXICAN CHICKEN BREASTS
4 to 6 Oregon grown chicken breasts, regular or boneless Salsa or enchilada sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange chicken breasts in a baking pan.
Cover with your favorite salsa or enchilada sauce.
Bake 45 minutes or until done.
Serve over rice.
