MOUNDS CAKE
1 dark chocolate fudge cake mix (pudding in the mix type) COCONUT TOPPING: 1 cup milk 1 cup sugar 14 ounces coconut 24 large marshmallows CHOCOLATE FROSTING: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 5 Tablespoons butter 1 (12 oz) bag of chocolate chips
CAKE: Mix and bake cake according to package directions using a 13x9 pan.
COCONUT TOPPING: When about half the baking time has elapsed, combine the milk, sugar, marshmallows, and coconut in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted.
When cake is done, spread coconut mixture over hot cake.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING: In a saucepan combine sugar, milk, and butter. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in yhe chocolate chips until melted. Spread over coconut mixture on cake.
