MOCK GIRL SCOUT PEANUT BUTTER PATTIES COOKIES

If you like Girl Scout peanut butter patties, you'll love these easy mock ones! This is one of the recipes I use when I have to have cookies or dessert in a hurry.

2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1 jar peanut butter
1 package chocolate bark

Take 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers and spread generously with peanut butter. Top with remaining sleeve of crackers.

In a microwave bowl melt package of chocolate. Dip each cookie into chocolate and coat well.

Cool on wax paper until chocolate sets up. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
