LAYERED HAM LOAF
2 potatoes, peeled Salt and pepper 1 cup cooked ham, cubed 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
Boil potatoes and shred coarsely.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place shredded potatoes in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer ham over.
Blend whipping cream, cheese and horseradish together. Spread over ham.
Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
