When I was pregnant with my first child, this is all I craved!
VEGTABLE PLATTER WITH CURRY DIP
1/2 cup real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) 1 Tbsp grated onion plus 1 tsp onion juice 1 tsp curry powder baby carrots brocolli florets califlower florets trimmed green onions cherry tomatoes sliced red and green bell pepper button mushrooms
Mix mayonnaise, onion, juice and curry and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Use more or less juice depending on your preferred consistency.
Serve with fresh veggies arranged on a platter.
