AVOCADO CHICKEN PIZZA
2 thin and crispy pizza bases 4 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste 200g wafer-thin roast chicken 1 large avocado, sliced 2 tomatoes, sliced 300g fresh mozzarella, sliced
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/gas mark 7.
Spread each pizza base with 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste. Cover with the chicken, avocado, tomato and mozzarella.
Cook on the top shelf of the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve with a crisp, green salad and pasta salad.
