This is one of the best I have ever tried!
VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
1 can French style green beans, drained 1 can butterbeans, drained and rinsed 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) salt and pepper to taste 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
Mix vegetables together and add mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper. Put in casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
