JUST FOR THE HALIBUT
Source: Dianne Killman

1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds halibut fillets
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix together bread crumbs, onion soup mix, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dip fish fillets into sour cream, then into crumb mixture. Coat well.

Place on a greased, shallow baking pan. Drizzle melted margarine over the top of the coated fillets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
