BANANA NUT PARFAIT
1/3 cup Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped, divided 10 Honey Maid Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 2/3 cup crumbs) 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted 2 cups cold milk 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 1 banana, chopped 1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the chopped peanuts for garnish. Mix remaining peanuts, crumbs and margarine; set aside.
Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently stir in banana.
Layer pudding mixture, chocolate chips and crumb mixture in 4 (6 oz.) parfait glasses; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping. Sprinkle with reserved peanuts just before serving.
