CHEESY RICE
2 cups chicken broth 2 cups Minute Rice 8 slices American cheese
Bring 2 cups Chicken Broth to a boil. Then stir in 2 cups Minute Rice, cover and remove from heat. Let sit five minutes or until broth has been absorbed by rice.
Add 8 slices of American Cheese, cover and let sit 5-10 minutes. Remove cover and stir to help cheese melt and blend with rice. Stir with fork to fluff.
