CHEESY RICE AND BROCCOLI
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained 1 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, chopped
Bring 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped Broccoli, thawed, drained and 1 cup chicken broth to full boil in medium saucepan on medium high heat. Add 1-1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked. Stir, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in 8 oz. of chopped up Velveeta Cheese. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes.
Remove cover and stir until cheese is melted.
Yield: 6 Servings Source: Minute Rice
