CHICKEN CASSEROLE
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 2 cups cooked chopped chicken, or 2 large cans 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup mayo or sour cream (I prefer mayonnaise) 1/2 cup sliced almonds 2 cups chow mein noodles 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (i omit this)
Mix first 6 ingredients and put into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with almonds then chow mein noodles.
Cover and bake at 350F for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
If desired top with cheese and return to oven until melted.
