GREAT STEAK MARINADE

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine
3 Tbsp steak seasoning (I like McCormic)
3 cloves garlic, minced

Take all and mix well. Add salt and pepper if desired. Marinate steaks several hours in refrigerator, turning every hour.

Remove steaks from marinade*. Grill to desired doneness.

*Discard marinade, or if you want to use it for basting or serving, boil for 2-3 minutes before using.
