TOP ROUND STEAK WITH MUSHROOMS

2 tbsp butter or margarine, divided
1 (1 1/2 pound) top round steak
1 envelope onion soup mix, divided
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

Dot the center of 2 1/2 feet of heavy-duty foil with 1 tablespoon
margarine.

Shake half the contents of envelope of onion soup mix on foil.

Over this, place round steak. Top the steak with remaining soup mix and
margarine.

Add the mushrooms slices around the steak. Bring foil up over the meat and double fold edges to seal.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
