AMBROSIA DE LUXE
Source: Woman's Day Encyclopedia of Cookery

oranges
grapefruits
tangerines
bananas
lime or lemon juice
pineapple tidbits
mandarin oranges
fine granulated or powdered sugar
grated fresh or packaged coconut

Use any or all of the above fruits.

Section oranges, grapefruits and tangerines, removing membranes and seeds. Sprinkle bananas with lime or lemon juice.

Arrange fruit in layers in glass goblets or other pretty serving dishes, sprinkling each layer with a little sugar and coconut. Chill before serving.
