ANNIVERSARY PUNCH

5 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon gelatin
4 cups pineapple juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp almond extract
1 quart ginger ale

In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir to dissolve.

Add remaining ingredients except ginger ale. Chill or freeze.

When ready to serve, thaw punch if frozen and add ginger ale.
