Recipe: Jalapeno Guacamole

JALAPENO GUACAMOLE

3 Fresh California Avocados
6 Jalapenos
1/2 lime
Chile Piquin peppers (optional)

Boil Jalapenos in a bowl of water for 10 minutes in the microwave.
Drain.

Using two forks, shred the Jalapenos. Stir together with avocado until well mixed. Add crushed chile piquin to taste.

Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime over top. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
