FRUIT SALAD SMOOTHIES
watermelon, cubed cantaloupe, cubed honeydew melon, cubed strawberries, sliced pears or other seasonal fruit, diced 2 containers (6 oz each) coconut fruit yogurt
Freeze 3-4 cup portions of fruit mixture in ziploc bags.
To make the smoothie: Microwave 1 bag frozen fruit on high 1 minute. Break fruit apart, turn bag over and microwave 1 minute more.
Combine fruit and yogurt in blender. Mix until well combined and smooth.
