TANGY APPLE SLAW
4 cups shredded green cabbage 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup chopped unpeeled apple 1/2 cup thinly sliced red or green bell pepper strips 2/3 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream 3 Tbsp equal 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/8 tsp pepper
Combine cabbage, carrots, apple and bell pepper.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Spoon onto cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
