PEANUT BUTTER GOOEY SQUARES
(with variations for pumpkin, banana and pineapple)

CAKE:
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 egg
8 Tbsp melted butter
FILLING:
1 (8 Oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Cup peanut butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 Tbsp melted butter
1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

FOR CAKE:
Combine dry cake mix, egg, and melted butter. Pat into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.

FOR FILLING:
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs, butter, and vanilla; mix well. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread over cake mixture.

Bake 40-50 minutes. Do not overbake, mixture should be gooey in the center.

Variations:

PUMPKIN BUTTER GOOEY SQUARES:
Substitute yellow cake mix for the chocolate and 1 can pumpkin for the peanut butter.

PINEAPPLE BUTTER GOOEY SQUARES:
Substitute yellow cake mix for the chocolate and 1 (20 oz) can drained crushed pineapple for the peanut butter.

BANANA BUTTER GOOEY SQUARES:
Substitute yellow cake mix for the chocolate and 2 ripe mashed bananas for the peanut butter.
