MOM'S MEATLOAF

1 cup milk
1 egg
3 to 5 slices bread, torn into small pieces
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup ketchup

MIx milk and egg. Add bread then remaining ingredients. Mix by hand very well. Press into greased loaf pan. Pour ketchup over the top.

Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
